Should I buy a Rolex Submariner or an Omega seamaster? - omega seamaster sm300 watchco sts

The Seamaster is about half the price of Rolex and easier to get Ahold. I realized that were the hands and markers at Omega very large and easy to read. Has anyone compared both side to side? I would use it for swimming and like clockwork every day.
